General Terms of Sale & Delivery
Acceptance of Terms of Sale
The customer acknowledges having read the following general terms of sale at the time of ordering on this site and declares acceptance thereof without reservation. The general terms are subject to modifications and updates; the applicable terms for the order of an item by a customer are those in effect on the day of the order.
Products
The items offered are handmade ceramics produced entirely by Siham. They may exhibit irregularities, blemishes, drips, or bubbles, which are tangible signs of their artisanal creation and cannot be considered defects. For the same reasons, items made in series, such as mugs, may slightly vary in their dimensions. The pieces are signed.
Order
The customer must verify all information entered during their order (ordered products, delivery address, billing address, phone number, etc.). Siham Djebbar Ceramics cannot be held responsible for any input errors made by the customer or their consequences in terms of delays or incorrect delivery. In case of failure to deliver due to this reason, the costs of redelivery will be borne by the customer.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale.
An order is considered accepted upon the customer's receipt of a confirmation email. Siham Djebbar Ceramics reserves the right to cancel an order, inform the customer, and proceed with the refund of the payment.
In the event of an item being out of stock, Siham Djebbar Ceramics commits to inform the customer by any means (phone call or email) as soon as possible and will refund any charged price within 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has, within 14 working days from the delivery of their order, the right to return, at their expense, for exchange or refund, any products that do not suit them in accordance with Article L 121–16 of the Consumer Code. The product must not have been damaged. The customer will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Prices
The price is expressed in euros. It does not include shipping costs, which are charged in case of dispatch by Colissimo.
Siham Djebbar Ceramics may modify her prices at any time but commits that products will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration, subject to availability on that date and effective payment.
Payment
The full price is due at the time of order. The customer agrees to pay the stipulated price for the ordered product, as well as shipping costs, if applicable. The customer pays for their order by credit card.
Ordered products remain the property of Siham Djebbar Ceramics until full and final payment of their price in accordance with the provisions of law n°80 335 of May 12, 1980. The customer agrees to return any unpaid product, all expenses at their cost.
Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment of the price has been made. The risks associated with the sold product are transferred to the purchaser upon delivery, which is deemed effective upon departure from our premises.
Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within France only. Deliveries are subject to charges and carried out by the Post Office via Colissimo. The average delivery times are around 7 days. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the purchased product.
In the case of pick-up in Paris (option available at the time of order), no charge is applied, and an appointment should be arranged.
Responsibility and Disputes
Siham Djebbar Ceramics cannot be held responsible for the customer's inability to temporarily access the site due to circumstances beyond her control.
In case of any issues (product error, quantity error), please don’t hesitate to contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
